123 Fit Intensive 60-minute class focuses on a full body workout with Hi/lo interval cardio, weights and core – targeting major muscle groups. Each class brings its own unique challenges. Guaranteed to burn calories!
All In One Kickboxing, strength training, drills and more – offering a great workout for beginners and advanced students. Get ready for fun and TORCH CALORIES!
AQUA WORK Get fit with this challenging water workout that is easy on the joints. 60 minutes of water fun - splashing your way to improved strength.
TOTAL TONING 30 Minute class: A fusion of strength, core, and flexibility exercises that work the entire body.
CARDIO/PIYO Combines Pilates and Yoga with strength intervals and aerobics exercises for sculpting, flexibility and burning calories.
CARDIO/STRENGTH High intensity full body workout targeting major muscle groups – circuit style class designed to “make it rain” sweat – all to improve cardio stamina – core strength and flexibility!
JUST PUMP Strength training workout – challenges all major muscle groups by using light to moderate weights with lots of reps = lean, defined muscles for a total body workout that burns up the calories.
POWER PUMP Total body workout interval class that keeps your heart rate up with basic cardio interval drills and strength exercises.
EXTREME/FIT Step and barbell strength training for all fitness levels. Creative, fun and effective way to strength train.
SPIN 45-minute cardiovascular workout – set to great music and fun atmosphere. Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up bike. Each class ends with stretch.
YogaFusion Yoga – Pilates – Core – Stability – Strength all blended into a Unique Mind/Body Fusion Class.

CARDIO/DANCE Exhilarating way to start the day with rhythmic aerobic moves and fun!
Tabata is a high-intensity strength and cardiovascular interval training class that will push your body to the edge. The workout will be 30-45 minutes in length and will utilize a variety of exercises in Tabata intervals to increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity and resting metabolic rate.
RIP 60-minute barbell strength training for all fitness levels. Uses music to create a simple, fun and effective way to strength train.
BOOT CAMP Interval cardio and strength training – high energy – challenging and fun!
YOGA/STRETCH Strat your morning right with relaxing – stretching moves to get you awake and ready to go!
