Our therapists are State Licensed in Swedish Massage, Certified in Hot Stone, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, and Facial Massage.

Services Offered

Swedish Massage Performed using essential oils and lotions, helping relieve the stress and tension of everyday life.  Swedish Massage is a great way to relax and improve your overall health.
Mini Swedish Massage A 30-minute massage concentrating on specific areas, usually targeting the neck, shoulders, arms, hands, and finishing with the back.
Deep Tissue Massage Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
Hot Stone Massage Smooth river stones are warmed and used to gently massage your muscles. The warmth and weight of the smooth stones makes this a unique massage experience!
Pregnancy Massage Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling). Special cushions and pillows are used to ensure the comfort of both mother and baby.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage Lymphatic drainage is a form of very light massage that encourages lymph flow in the body. It is particularly good for detoxification, edema, pre and post-plastic surgery and post-liposuction. It can also help with cellulite treatments, scar tissue, spider veins, redness and acne. The lymph system is a slow-moving system of vessels and lymph nodes that is supplementary to the body's system of blood circulation. The lymph system both delivers nutrients to the cells and carries away excess water, cellular waste, bacteria, viruses and toxins. The therapist trained in lymph drainage massage stimulates the lymph system with extremely light, circular pumping movements. By stimulating the lymphatic system, the therapist helps drain puffy, swollen tissues, supports the body's immune system, helps the body heal from surgery, and aids in the body's natural waste removal or detoxification.
Body Polishing A gentle scrubbing exfoliate is used to cleanse the skin followed by a light massage. Your skin will love it and so will you!
Facial Massage This relaxing massage of the face includes Eminence Organic Skin Care products, leaving your face rejuvenated!
Chair Massage Chair Massage is a style of seated massage that is typically short -- 10 or 15 minutes -- and focuses on your back, shoulders and neck and arms. Chair massage is done over clothes and doesn't require any massage oils.
Ionic Foot Spa The feet are treated in an Ionic spa for 30-minutes to cleanse the body of impurities.  A relaxing and helpful treatment that ends with a foot scrub and hot towel application.
Back Exfoliation The back is exfoliated with a scrub and then a mask is applied.  This wonderful procedure is finished with a light lotion to massage the back.
