Fit Family Fitness instructors bring their experience and enthusiasm to each and every class. Our classes are focused and intense, but also social and fun. All instructors are certified by one or more of the leading, nationally-recognized Group Exercise Instructor Certification organizations and participate in continuing education workshops and seminars on a regular basis.
Our classes can accommodate various fitness levels, from athletes training for competitions to those who practice recreational fitness. Each one of our exercise classes provides a great workout with an energetic instructor who knows how to keep you motivated, whether you’re just starting out or looking for new challenge.
With more than 35 classes available weekly, morning, noon, and night Monday through Saturday, we have a class to fit every schedule!
