Meet Our Fitness Instructors
Holly has a B.S. in Physical Education and M.Ed in Kinesiology with over 16 years of experience. She has attended multiple workshops and specialty format trainings and has several certifications; some of these are AFAA Group Exercise/Step, Turbo kick, Ballet-barre, Johnny G Spin®, Mat-science I, Yoga Basic, Zumba basic and Weight training/BTS. Holly currently teaches Step, Spin, BarreFit, All in One, Core Conditioning, and occasionally subs for Yoga. She has a strong passion for fitness and health and loves sharing it with everyone!
Julie currently holds Zumba® Basic and Zumba® Step certifications. She has been teaching Zumba® for 2 years and enjoys helping others improve their overall health and fitness.
Kelsie holds a Personal Training certificate from Fitour and specializes in teaching High Intensity Interval Training® (HIIT) and Tabata® classes. She enjoys training and developing plans to help people look and feel their best, as well as achieve their overall fitness goals.
Lauren is a Mind and Body fitness professional, certified in Primary and Advanced Yoga by Fitour. Lauren has been practicing Yoga for ten years and teaching Yoga for over a year. Her primary focus of the “Fit Yoga” class is to increase lean muscle and flexibility as well as burn calories, she also closes each class with a series of relaxation poses to provide each member with a well-rounded workout.
Lisa holds a Group Exercise certification from IFTA. She has been teaching group exercise classes since 2011 and takes pride and providing fun and results driven classes. Lisa specializes in cardio, aerobic, Tabata® and strength classes.
Lorraine holds a Group Exercise and Personal Training certification from AFAA. She also has certifications in Body Pump and Kickboxing with training in PiYo Fusion and Body Works. Lorraine has been teaching for 25 years all over the country and specializes in strength and toning classes always motivating her students with energy.
