Nicole Van Meter – Personal Trainer
It was time for me to change my long-standing sedentary habits. A friend and healthcare professional suggested Fit Family Fitness and I am so glad I became a member. I am 65 years young and my goal is to be active and vital for many years to come. It was scary for me to start a physical fitness program, but I am committed to making positive changes to increase my strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health. I knew I needed help to achieve my goals. I wanted to be sure I used the equipment in a safe and effective manner and that I was on the right personalized fitness plan. Nicole gave me introductory lessons and I felt confident in what she taught me and the support she provided. I signed up for the personal training program and I am so happy I did. Nicole is well-qualified with years of experience in the fitness industry. She points out the things I can do to make my workout more effective. She is a natural encourager and coach. I look forward to my workouts with Nicole. She is delightful! I believe I can accomplish my fitness goals – I already see a difference! My nutritional health is improving thanks to Nicole and Justin and the InBody Analysis. I feel I am on the right track and I am motivated to continue.
